天使报喜讯给牧羊的人
8 在伯利恒之野地里有牧羊的人，夜间按着更次看守羊群。
9 有主的使者站在他们旁边，主的荣光四面照着他们；牧羊的人就甚惧怕。
10 那天使对他们说：「不要惧怕！我报给你们大喜的信息，是关乎万民的；
11 因今天在大卫的城里，为你们生了救/主，就是主 JI DU 。
12 你们要看见一个婴孩，包着布，卧在马槽里，那就是记号了。」
13 忽然，有一大队天兵同那天使赞美 SHEN 说：
14 在至高之处荣耀归与 SHEN ！
在地上平安归与他所喜悦的人！
15 众天使离开他们，升天去了。牧羊的人彼此说：「我们往伯利恒去，看看所成的事，就是主所指示我们的。」
16 他们急忙去了，就寻见马利亚和约瑟，又有那婴孩卧在马槽里；
17 既然看见，就把天使论这孩子的话传开了。
18 凡听见的，就诧异牧羊之人对他们所说的话。
19 马利亚却把这一切的事存在心里，反复思想。
20 牧羊的人回去了，因所听见所看见的一切事，正如天使向他们所说的，就归荣耀与 SHEN ，赞美他。
8 And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night.
9 An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified.
10 But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people.
11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.
12 This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”
13 Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,
14 “Glory to God in the highest heaven,
and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”
15 When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.”
16 So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger.
17 When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child,
18and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them.
19 But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart.
20 The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told.
