加拉太书1：1～5

耶稣第二次预言受难和复活

30 他们离开那地方，经过加利利；耶稣不愿意人知道。

31 于是教训门徒，说：「人子将要被交在人手里，他们要杀害他；被杀以后，过三天他要复活。」

32 门徒却不明白这话，又不敢问他。

谁最伟大

33 他们来到迦百农。耶稣在屋里问门徒说：「你们在路上议论的是什么？」

34 门徒不作声，因为他们在路上彼此争论谁为大。

35 耶稣坐下，叫十二个门徒来，说：「若有人愿意作首先的，他必作众人末后的，作众人的用人。」

36 于是领过一个小孩子来，叫他站在门徒中间，又抱起他来，对他们说：

37 「凡为我名接待一个像这小孩子的，就是接待我；凡接待我的，不是接待我，乃是接待那差我来的。」

Jesus Predicts His Death a Second Time

30 They left that place and passed through Galilee. Jesus did not want anyone to know where they were,

31 because he was teaching his disciples. He said to them, “The Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men. They will kill him, and after three days he will rise.”

32 But they did not understand what he meant and were afraid to ask him about it.

33 They came to Capernaum. When he was in the house, he asked them, “What were you arguing about on the road?”

34 But they kept quiet because on the way they had argued about who was the greatest.

35 Sitting down, Jesus called the Twelve and said, “Anyone who wants to be first must be the very last, and the servant of all.”

36 He took a little child whom he placed among them. Taking the child in his arms, he said to them,

37 “Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me.”

你们在路上议论的是什么(33节):指门徒在路上发生了激烈的争论。
凡为我的名接纳一个像这小孩子的(37节):与当今的社会不同，小孩子在古代社会中是没有地位、不被重视的。耶稣借此指出，任何人因着而善待地位低微的人，就等于是接待神。

灵修指南

尽管耶稣一再对门徒预言祂将在十字架上受苦，门徒却还是渴望得着属世的成功与权力，认为弥赛亚是要从政治上拯救他们的领袖(31~32节)。之后，这一误解也引起了他们之间激烈的争论(33~34节)。对此，耶稣用与世界完全相反的教导纠正他们，指出为首的并不是拥有很多或坐上高位的人，而是谦卑服事他人的人(35~37节)，这一教导与门徒心中对属世成功的渴望截然不同。如果我们试图透过耶稣追求世上的祝福和满足，就和在十字架面前追求自身利益的门徒无异。盼望我们遵行耶稣的教导，若要为首就要以谦卑之心服事他人，彰显神国的荣耀。
