以赛亚书65：17～25

新天新地

17 看哪！我造新天新地；

从前的事不再被记念，也不再追想。

18 你们当因我所造的永远欢喜快乐；

因我造耶路撒冷为人所喜，

造其中的居民为人所乐。

19 我必因耶路撒冷欢喜，

因我的百姓快乐；

其中必不再听见哭泣的声音和哀号的声音。

20 其中必没有数日夭亡的婴孩，

也没有寿数不满的老者；

因为百岁死的仍算孩童，

有百岁死的罪人算被咒诅。

21 他们要建造房屋，自己居住；

栽种葡萄园，吃其中的果子。

22 他们建造的，别人不得住；

他们栽种的，别人不得吃；

因为我民的日子必像树木的日子；

我选民亲手劳碌得来的必长久享用。

23 他们必不徒然劳碌，

所生产的，也不遭灾害，

因为都是蒙耶/和/华赐福的后裔；

他们的子孙也是如此。

24 他们尚未求告，我就应允；

正说话的时候，我就垂听。

25 豺狼必与羊羔同食；

狮子必吃草与牛一样；

尘土必作蛇的食物。

在我圣山的遍处，

这一切都不伤人，不害物。

这是耶/和/华说的。

New Heavens and a New Earth

17 “See, I will create

new heavens and a new earth.

The former things will not be remembered,

nor will they come to mind.

18 But be glad and rejoice forever

in what I will create,

for I will create Jerusalem to be a delight

and its people a joy.

19 I will rejoice over Jerusalem

and take delight in my people;

the sound of weeping and of crying

will be heard in it no more.

20 “Never again will there be in it

an infant who lives but a few days,

or an old man who does not live out his years;

the one who dies at a hundred

will be thought a mere child;

the one who fails to reach a hundred

will be considered accursed.

21 They will build houses and dwell in them;

they will plant vineyards and eat their fruit.

22 No longer will they build houses and others live in them,

or plant and others eat.

For as the days of a tree,

so will be the days of my people;

my chosen ones will long enjoy

the work of their hands.

23 They will not labor in vain,

nor will they bear children doomed to misfortune;

for they will be a people blessed by the Lord,

they and their descendants with them.

24 Before they call I will answer;

while they are still speaking I will hear.

25 The wolf and the lamb will feed together,

and the lion will eat straw like the ox,

and dust will be the serpent’s food.

They will neither harm nor destroy

on all my holy mountain,”

says the Lord.

所生产的，也不遭灾害(23节)：“所生产的”指的是子女，“灾害”指的是突发疾病或是意外事故。属新天新地的人不仅自己不会遭受不幸，连他们的子子孙孙也不会遭受痛苦。

野狼必与羔羊同食……它们都不伤人，也不害物(25节)：这意味在新天新地养育后代，将彻底解决优胜劣汰的扭曲秩序。大自然将恢复原有的和谐状态，自然界也会迎来真正的和平。

灵/修指南

以赛亚预言，在 SHEN 的审判结束后，持守信/仰的人将得到新天新地的福分。首先，这表示从巴比伦被掳归回的以色列人将经历复兴。同时，新天新地的预言并不仅限于以色列人在历史上的复兴，更是指着 JI DU 再来所带来的永恒国度。进入新天新地并居住其中的信/徒，将忘记这个世界的眼泪和痛苦，并在 SHEN 的恩典中享受永远的福乐(18节)。 SHEN 所说的欢喜快乐，意味那里将没有罪的存在，而是完全的圣洁(19节)，而且那里也将没有死亡(20节)。新天新地最大的特点就是“生命”，它的创造意味救/赎工作的完成。因此，信/徒不必害怕世界末日的到来，而要仰望 SHEN 所要赐下的永恒之福，持守信心到底。
