希伯来书3：7~19
SHEN 子民的安息
7 SHENG LING 有话说：
你们今日若听他的话，
8就不可硬着心，
像在旷野惹他发怒、
试探他的时候一样。
9在那里，你们的祖宗试我探我，
并且观看我的作为有四十年之久。
10所以，我厌烦那世代的人，说：
他们心里常常迷糊，
竟不晓得我的作为！
11我就在怒中起誓说：
他们断不可进入我的安息。
12弟兄们，你们要谨慎，免得你们中间或有人存着不信的恶心，把永生 SHEN 离弃了。
13总要趁着还有今日，天天彼此相劝，免得你们中间有人被罪迷惑，心里就刚硬了。
14我们若将起初确实的信心坚持到底，就在 JI DU 里有分了。
15经上说：「你们今日若听他的话，就不可硬着心，像惹他发怒的日子一样。」
16那时，听见他话惹他发怒的是谁呢？岂不是跟着摩西从埃及出来的众人吗？
17 SHEN 四十年之久，又厌烦谁呢？岂不是那些犯罪、尸首倒在旷野的人吗？
18又向谁起誓，不容他们进入他的安息呢？岂不是向那些不信从的人吗？
19这样看来，他们不能进入安息是因为不信的缘故了。
Warning Against Unbelief
7So, as the Holy Spirit says:
“Today, if you hear his voice,
8do not harden your hearts
as you did in the rebellion,
during the time of testing in the wilderness,
9where your ancestors tested and tried me,
though for forty years they saw what I did.
10That is why I was angry with that generation;
I said, ‘Their hearts are always going astray,
and they have not known my ways.’
11So I declared on oath in my anger,
‘They shall never enter my rest.’ ”
12See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God.
13But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “Today,” so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness.
14We have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original conviction firmly to the very end.
15As has just been said:
“Today, if you hear his voice,
do not harden your hearts
as you did in the rebellion.”
16Who were they who heard and rebelled? Were they not all those Moses led out of Egypt?
17And with whom was he angry for forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose bodies perished in the wilderness?
18And to whom did God swear that they would never enter his rest if not to those who disobeyed?
19So we see that they were not able to enter, because of their unbelief.
