约翰一书5：4~13

4因为凡从 SHEN 生的，就胜过世界；使我们胜了世界的，就是我们的信心。

5胜过世界的是谁呢？不是那信 YS 是 SHEN 儿子的吗？ SHEN 为他儿子作的见证

6这藉着水和血而来的，就是 YS JI DU ；不是单用水，乃是用水又用血，

7并且有圣灵作见证，因为圣灵就是真理。

8作见证的原来有三：就是圣灵、水，与血，这三样也都归于一。

9我们既领受人的见证， SHEN 的见证更该领受了，因 SHEN 的见证是为他儿子作的。

10信 SHEN 儿子的，就有这见证在他心里；不信 SHEN 的，就是将 SHEN 当作说谎的，因不信 SHEN 为他儿子作的见证。

11这见证就是 SHEN 赐给我们永生；这永生也是在他儿子里面。

12人有了 SHEN 的儿子就有生命，没有　 SHEN 的儿子就没有生命。

知道自己有永生

13我将这些话写给你们信奉 SHEN 儿子之名的人，要叫你们知道自己有永生。

4for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.

5Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.

6This is the one who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ. He did not come by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth.

7For there are three that testify:

8the Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement.

9We accept human testimony, but God’s testimony is greater because it is the testimony of God, which he has given about his Son.

10Whoever believes in the Son of God accepts this testimony. Whoever does not believe God has made him out to be a liar, because they have not believed the testimony God has given about his Son.

11And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

12Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.

13I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.

水和血（6节）：水是指 YS 在约旦河所受的洗礼，血是指 YS 在十/字/架上的死，水和血即指 YS 整个传道生涯。作见证的有三：就是 SHENG LING 、水与血（7—8节）：真理的 SHENG LING 最认识 YS ，因此为 YS 作见证，而 YS 的受洗和十/字/架则是最能表现 YS 是救/主的证据。

灵/修指南

SHEN 的儿女拥有胜过世界的能力，这能力是从信 YS 是 SHEN 儿子的信心而来（4—5节）。回首我们的人生，有时会在罪和诱惑的面前跌倒，让我们感到挫败，也让我们怀疑自己作为 SHEN 儿女的身份，然而， SHEN 赐下证据，使我们的信心不致动摇亦即，信/徒的永生唯有透过信 SHEN 儿子 YS JI DU 的信心获得（11节）；信 YS 的就有永生，不信的，就没有永生（12节）。这样，信 SHEN 儿子之人，就拥有得胜的生命和对于死亡的坦然。我们在生活中，若只看到在罪面前苦恼跌倒的自己，就会对人生感到灰心失望，然而，我们的得胜和永生不在于我们自己，而在于信靠 YS JI DU 的信心。盼望我们在这信心里得着勇气和力量，活出见证 YS 和胜过世界的人生。
