马太福音18:21~35

不饶恕人的恶仆

21 那时，彼得进前来，对耶稣说：「主啊，我弟兄得罪我，我当饶恕他几次呢？到七次可以吗？」

22 耶稣说：「我对你说，不是到七次，乃是到七十个七次。

23 天国好像一个王要和他仆人算帐。

24 才算的时候，有人带了一个欠一千万银子的来。

25 因为他没有什么偿还之物，主人吩咐把他和他妻子儿女，并一切所有的都卖了偿还。

26 那仆人就俯伏拜他，说：『主啊，宽容我，将来我都要还清。』

27 那仆人的主人就动了慈心，把他释放了，并且免了他的债。
28「那仆人出来，遇见他的一个同伴欠他十两银子，便揪着他，掐住他的喉咙，说：『你把所欠的还我！』

29 他的同伴就俯伏央求他，说：『宽容我吧，将来我必还清。』

30 他不肯，竟去把他下在监里，等他还了所欠的债。

31 众同伴看见他所做的事就甚忧愁，去把这事都告诉了主人。

32 于是主人叫了他来，对他说：『你这恶奴才！你央求我，我就把你所欠的都免了，

33 你不应当怜恤你的同伴，像我怜恤你吗？』

34 主人就大怒，把他交给掌刑的，等他还清了所欠的债。

35 你们各人若不从心里饶恕你的弟兄，我天父也要这样待你们了。」

The Parable of the Unmerciful Servant

21 Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?”

22 Jesus answered, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.

23 “Therefore, the kingdom of heaven is like a king who wanted to settle accounts with his servants.

24As he began the settlement, a man who owed him ten thousand bags of gold was brought to him.

25Since he was not able to pay, the master ordered that he and his wife and his children and all that he had be sold to repay the debt.

26 “At this the servant fell on his knees before him. ‘Be patient with me,’ he begged, ‘and I will pay back everything.’

27The servant’s master took pity on him, canceled the debt and let him go.

28 “But when that servant went out, he found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred silver coins. He grabbed him and began to choke him. ‘Pay back what you owe me!’ he demanded.

29 “His fellow servant fell to his knees and begged him, ‘Be patient with me, and I will pay it back.’

30 “But he refused. Instead, he went off and had the man thrown into prison until he could pay the debt.

31When the other servants saw what had happened, they were outraged and went and told their master everything that had happened.

32 “Then the master called the servant in. ‘You wicked servant,’ he said, ‘I canceled all that debt of yours because you begged me to.

33Shouldn’t you have had mercy on your fellow servant just as I had on you?’

34In anger his master handed him over to the jailers to be tortured, until he should pay back all he owed.

35 “This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother or sister from your heart.”

不是到七次，而是到七十个七次(22节):耶鲜说要饶恕弟兄七十个七次，这并不是指实际的次数，而是象征一而再、再而三的无数次饶恕。

灵修指南

彼得问耶稣，他必须饶恕得罪他的弟兄几次，耶稣的回答是七十个七次(22节)。如果按原文字面解释，有可能会以为耶稣是要我们饶恕七十七次或四百九十次，然而，耶稣所说的七十个七，并不单纯是字面或数学上的意义，而是指无数次的饶恕。这的确是人们难以理解的要求。其实，人并无法靠着自己来给予他人无限次的饶恕，但耶稣透过比喻告诉我们，神首先赦免了我们的过犯，而人若明白自己已经领受了这无限的恩典，必然会以相同的怜悯和恩典来对待他人(32~33节)。总归来说，饶恕他人，是每一位领受神恩典的人都应该走的路，而明白并记念神的恩典，就是我们能去饶恕他人的起点。愿我们的人生都能时刻向周围流淌出怜悯及饶恕的恩典。

愿主帮助我明白神赦罪的恩典，使我拥有怜悯的心。懂得饶恕他人的过犯。
