马太福音6：19~25

论天上的财宝

（路12‧33－34）

19「不要为自己积攒财宝在地上；地上有虫子咬，能锈坏，也有贼挖窟窿来偷。

20 只要积攒财宝在天上；天上没有虫子咬，不能锈坏，也没有贼挖窟窿来偷。

21 因为你的财宝在哪里，你的心也在那里。」

22「眼睛就是身上的灯。你的眼睛若了亮，全身就光明；

23 你的眼睛若昏花，全身就黑暗。你里头的光若黑暗了，那黑暗是何等大呢！」

论　神和财利

24「一个人不能事奉两个主；不是恶这个、爱那个，就是重这个、轻那个。你们不能又事奉　神，又事奉玛门。」

不要忧虑

25「所以我告诉你们，不要为生命忧虑吃什么，喝什么；为身体忧虑穿什么。

19 “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal.

20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.

21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

22 “The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.

23 But if your eyes are unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

24 “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.

25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?

灵修指南

耶稣教导祂的门徒，不应该在地上积蓄财宝，因为他们不能同时服侍神和钱财。这意味着，为自己积累财富是徒劳的(19~21节)。如果我们定睛在财富上，心也会被财富夺走，若这种情况持续下去，我们就会成为物质的奴隶，并且因失去使命而仿徨。因为眼睛是身体的灯，身体会跟着眼睛所看的方向走。相反的，如果我们的目光注视着神，就能享受神无限供应的恩典，并按照神的旨意，成就积蓄财宝在天上的生活。所以，耶稣的门徒应该放下对吃什么、穿什么的忧虑，练习把眼目对焦在神身上。当我们的眼睛仰望神，便能享受生命和身体都得着神看顾的真正富足。如果我们的眼睛昏花，就很容易定睛在这世界，导致全身都陷在黑暗之中。希望我们谨记自己作为主门徒的身份，时常将目光注视在神。
