马可福音3：1~6

治好枯干了一只手的人

（太12‧9－14；路6‧6－11）

1 耶稣又进了会堂，在那里有一个人枯干了一只手。

2 众人窥探耶稣，在安息日医治不医治，意思是要控告耶稣。

3 耶稣对那枯干一只手的人说：「起来，站在当中。」

4 又问众人说：「在安息日行善行恶，救命害命，哪样是可以的呢？」他们都不作声。

5 耶稣怒目周围看他们，忧愁他们的心刚硬，就对那人说：「伸出手来！」他把手一伸，手就复了原。

6 法利赛人出去，同希律一党的人商议怎样可以除灭耶稣。

Jesus Heals on the Sabbath

1 Another time Jesus went into the synagogue, and a man with a shriveled hand was there.

2 Some of them were looking for a reason to accuse Jesus, so they watched him closely to see if he would heal him on the Sabbath.

3 Jesus said to the man with the shriveled hand, “Stand up in front of everyone.”

4 Then Jesus asked them, “Which is lawful on the Sabbath: to do good or to do evil, to save life or to kill?”But they remained silent.

5 He looked around at them in anger and, deeply distressed at their stubborn hearts, said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.”He stretched it out, and his hand was completely restored.

6 Then the Pharisees went out and began to plot with the Herodians how they might kill Jesus.

他的一只手萎缩了(1节):指由于先天或后天因素，导致手部肌肉萎缩。
窥探(2节):法利赛人虎视眈眈，希望耶稣落入试探或困境。
刚硬(5节):指拒绝改变的态度，对神的话既无感动，也不顺从。
希律一党的人(6节):指支持希律王朝和罗马法律的犹太人，与强调恪守律法的法利赛人是死敌。

灵修指南

耶稣在会堂里遇见一个手萎缩了的人(1节)，这对于那些希望耶稣违反安息日的规定而陷人困境的人来说，是千载难逢的机会(2节)。在众人不怀好意的注视下，耶稣叫那手萎缩了的人起来站在当中，并治好了他(5节)。耶稣借此再次表明，祂看重人过于律法的规条(4~5节)。明明晓得法利赛人的动机，却依然积极行善，向众人展现了神的爱。此后，试图以安息日的规定陷害耶稣的法利赛人，便不惜与死敌希律一党的人联手，商议如何除掉耶稣(6节)。但愿我们不像那些心里刚硬的法利赛人一样，为求谨守律法却无视他人的需要，而能学像耶稣积极行善，向人展现神的爱。
