以弗所书2:10~22

与邪恶争战
10 我还有末了的话：你们要靠着主，倚赖他的大能大力作刚强的人。

11 要穿戴　神所赐的全副军装，就能抵挡魔鬼的诡计。

12 因我们并不是与属血气的争战，乃是与那些执政的、掌权的、管辖这幽暗世界的，以及天空属灵气的恶魔争战。

13 所以，要拿起　神所赐的全副军装，好在磨难的日子抵挡仇敌，并且成就了一切，还能站立得住。

14 所以要站稳了，用真理当作带子束腰，用公义当作护心镜遮胸，

15 又用平安的福音当作预备走路的鞋穿在脚上。

16 此外，又拿着信德当作盾牌，可以灭尽那恶者一切的火箭；

17 并戴上救恩的头盔，拿着圣灵的宝剑，就是　神的道；

The Armor of God

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.

11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.

12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.

14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,

15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.

16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.

17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

全副军装（11节）：指当时罗马军人所穿戴，用盔甲包裹全身的重武装战斗服，这里指的是属灵的军装。

护心镜（14节）：指在铠甲的胸前位置覆盖铜块，以保护心、肝、肺等重要部位的防御装备。

灵修指南

保罗劝勉以弗所教会的信徒要穿戴神所赐的全副军装（11节），因为他们所争战的不是有血有肉的人，而是那管辖幽暗世界和天空灵界的恶灵(12节)，并要在争战结束之后站立以致得胜（13节）。由于基督徒真正的仇敌是那看不见的恶灵，因此要穿戴起神所赐的全副军装，也就是真理的腰带（对耶稣基督福音的确信）、公义的护心镜（公义的生活）、和平的福音所预备的鞋（宣道的生活）、信心的盾牌（对最终得胜的信心）、救恩的头盔（得救的确据），以及用圣灵的宝剑（神的道）来抵挡仇敌。恶灵在我们看不见的地方狡猾地用谎言欺骗我们，为了抵挡它们，我们既需要防御武器，也需要进攻武器，才能在争战中得胜。盼望我们无论身处怎样的光景，都要穿戴神所赐的全副军装，并靠主得胜。
