以弗所书 4:11～16

11 他所赐的，有使/徒，有先知，有传fu yin的，有牧师和教师，

12 为要成全圣徒，各尽其职，建立 JI DU 的身体，

13 直等到我们众人在真道上同归于一，认识　 SHEN 的儿子，得以长大成人，满有 JI DU 长成的身量，

14 使我们不再作小孩子，中了人的诡计和欺骗的法术，被一切异教之风摇动，飘来飘去，就随从各样的异端；

15 惟用爱心说诚实话，凡事长进，连于元首 JI DU ，

16 全身都靠他联络得合式，百节各按各职，照着各体的功用彼此相助，便叫身体渐渐增长，在爱中建立自己。

11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers,

12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up

13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming.

15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.

16 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.

认识 SHEN 的儿子(13节):“认识”意为“充分认识”，这里指的除了是在教义上认识 JI DU ，也包括在经历上认识 JI DU 。
小孩子(14节):与第13节的“成人”形成对照，指在属/灵上尚未成熟的人。
一切邪说之风(14节):指用来迷惑信/徒的假教训。

灵/修指南

保罗说， JI DU 将各样的恩赐赏给人，为的是要来事奉 SHEN 、建立 JI DU 的身体(12节)，直到众信/徒对信/仰和对 JI DU 的认识达于一致，属/灵生命长大成人，也就是有 JI DU 完全长成的身量。也就是说，与 JI DU 联合的信/徒要对 JI DU 有一致的信/仰和认识，并要以 JI DU 为属/灵成长的典范，因此，信/徒要以 SHEN 的爱来传讲真理，以活出 JI DU 为目标并与主连结，借由他得着坚固并能持续成长。因为倘若我们选择在属/灵上作小孩子，停留在信/仰生命的原点，就容易掉人诱惑的陷阱，并被世上的风俗摇动。但愿我们都能时刻与主连结，竭力成长并在爱中建立自己，直到有 JI DU 完全长成的身量。
