出埃及记22:16~31

道德上和宗教上的条例

16「人若引诱没有受聘的处女，与她行淫，他总要交出聘礼，娶她为妻。

17若女子的父亲决不肯将女子给他，他就要按处女的聘礼，交出钱来。

18「行邪术的女人，不可容她存活。

19「凡与兽淫合的，总要把他治死。

20「祭祀别 SHEN ，不单单祭祀耶/和/华的，那人必要灭绝。

21「不可亏负寄居的，也不可欺压他，因为你们在埃及地也作过寄居的。

22不可苦待寡妇和孤儿；

23若是苦待他们一点，他们向我一哀求，我总要听他们的哀声，

24并要发烈怒，用刀杀你们，使你们的妻子为寡妇，儿女为孤儿。

25「我民中有贫穷人与你同住，你若借钱给他，不可如放债的向他取利。

26你即或拿邻舍的衣服作当头，必在日落以先归还他；

27因他只有这一件当盖头，是他盖身的衣服，若是没有，他拿什么睡觉呢？他哀求我，我就应允，因为我是有恩惠的。

28「不可毁谤　 SHEN ；也不可毁谤你百姓的官长。

29「你要从你庄稼中的谷和酒榨中滴出来的酒拿来献上，不可迟延。

「你要将头生的儿子归给我。 30你牛羊头生的，也要这样；七天当跟着母，第八天要归给我。

31「你们要在我面前为圣洁的人。因此，田间被野兽撕裂牲畜的肉，你们不可吃，要丢给狗吃。」

Social Responsibility

16“If a man seduces a virgin who is not pledged to be married and sleeps with her, he must pay the bride-price, and she shall be his wife.

17If her father absolutely refuses to give her to him, he must still pay the bride-price for virgins.

18“Do not allow a sorceress to live.

19“Anyone who has sexual relations with an animal is to be put to death.

20“Whoever sacrifices to any god other than the Lord must be destroyed.

21“Do not mistreat or oppress a foreigner, for you were foreigners in Egypt.

22“Do not take advantage of the widow or the fatherless. 23If you do and they cry out to me, I will certainly hear their cry. 24My anger will be aroused, and I will kill you with the sword; your wives will become widows and your children fatherless.

25“If you lend money to one of my people among you who is needy, do not treat it like a business deal; charge no interest. 26If you take your neighbor’s cloak as a pledge, return it by sunset, 27because that cloak is the only covering your neighbor has. What else can they sleep in? When they cry out to me, I will hear, for I am compassionate.

28“Do not blaspheme God or curse the ruler of your people.

29“Do not hold back offerings from your granaries or your vats.

“You must give me the firstborn of your sons. 30Do the same with your cattle and your sheep. Let them stay with their mothers for seven days, but give them to me on the eighth day.

31“You are to be my holy people. So do not eat the meat of an animal torn by wild beasts; throw it to the dogs.

聘礼（16节）：结婚时，由新郎送给新娘娘家的礼物或聘金。

寄居的（21节）：指定居在以色列人当中的外邦人。

外衣（26节）：当时贫穷人的外衣也是睡觉时的被子，也能在夜间御寒。

灵/修指南

今天的经/文是关乎保护以色列人当中弱势者的条例。倘若没有订婚的处女被男子引诱而与其同寝，不论男子是否娶她为妻，都要交出相应的聘礼（16—17节），此外，因以色列人曾经在埃及寄居、受到压迫，所以 SHEN 要求他们不可亏待和欺压在他们中间寄居的外国人（21—22节），对于当时处于社会最底层的寡妇和孤儿， SHEN 人也严厉警告百姓不可苛待他们（24节），这些条例告诉我们， SHEN 看顾弱势者，并要亲自审判欺压他们的人， SHEN 期盼以色列人成为怜悯弱势群体的民族，因为他们人曾在埃及为奴、受压制，却因着 SHEN 的恩典而得着拯救。盼望我们能以 SHEN 爱我们的爱，来爱周遭那些需要爱的人，并按照 SHEN 的形像来看待他们，成为怜悯及服事他需人的MEN TU。
