出埃及记20:1~17

十诫

（申5‧1－21）

1 神吩咐这一切的话说：

2「我是耶和华－你的　神，曾将你从埃及地为奴之家领出来。

3「除了我以外，你不可有别的神。

4「不可为自己雕刻偶像，也不可做什么形象仿佛上天、下地，和地底下、水中的百物。

5 不可跪拜那些像，也不可事奉它，因为我耶和华－你的　神是忌邪的　神。恨我的，我必追讨他的罪，自父及子，直到三四代；

6 爱我、守我诫命的，我必向他们发慈爱，直到千代。

7「不可妄称耶和华－你　神的名；因为妄称耶和华名的，耶和华必不以他为无罪。

8「当记念安息日，守为圣日。

9 六日要劳碌做你一切的工，

10 但第七日是向耶和华－你　神当守的安息日。这一日你和你的儿女、仆婢、牲畜，并你城里寄居的客旅，无论何工都不可做；

11 因为六日之内，耶和华造天、地、海，和其中的万物，第七日便安息，所以耶和华赐福与安息日，定为圣日。

12「当孝敬父母，使你的日子在耶和华－你　神所赐你的地上得以长久。

13「不可杀人。

14「不可奸淫。

15「不可偷盗。

16「不可作假见证陷害人。

17「不可贪恋人的房屋；也不可贪恋人的妻子、仆婢、牛驴，并他一切所有的。」

The Ten Commandments

1 And God spoke all these words:

2 “I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.

3 “You shall have no other gods before me.

4 “You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below.

5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me,

6 but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.

7 “You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.

8 “Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.

9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work,

10 but the seventh day is a sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your male or female servant, nor your animals, nor any foreigner residing in your towns.

11 For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.

12 “Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you.

13 “You shall not murder.

14 “You shall not commit adultery.

15 “You shall not steal.

16 “You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.

17 “You shall not covet your neighbor’s house. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.”

不可妄称(7节):指不可无端滥用神的名，用于咒术、欺诈、发假誓等邪恶目的。

灵修指南

神说祂是将以色列人从埃及为奴之地领出来的神(2节)，并向摩西和百姓颁布十诫。十诫大致可以分为两个部分，前四条是针对与神关系的诚命(3~11节)，后六条则是针对与人关系的诫命(12~17节)。神应许爱、守诫命的人将蒙恩直到千代。神如此应许并赐下十诫，是希望祂的百姓在十诫的晓谕之下，有明确的生活标准和规范，得以有秩序地生活在地上，进而显出属神子民的身分，建立以神为中心的信仰。人若心中不以神为中心，自然便会随从个人心中私欲，开始行各样败坏之事。这位忌邪且施慈爱的神，为了与以色列百姓建立真实的生命关系，让他们得着生活在应许之地的祝福，得以敬畏神，不致犯罪(参出20:21)而赐下了活出圣洁的规范。盼望我们每天顺从神的话，全心尊主为大。

愿我顺从神的话，过圣洁的生活，尽心、尽意、尽力爱主–我们的神。
