耶/和/华是创造/主也是救/赎/主

21  雅各，以/色列啊， 你是我的仆人，要记念这些事。 以色列啊，你是我的仆人， 我造就你必不忘记你。

22 我涂抹了你的过犯，像厚云消散； 我涂抹了你的罪恶，如薄云灭没。 你当归向我，因我救/赎了你。

23 诸天哪，应当歌唱， 因为耶/和/华做成这事。 地的深处啊，应当欢呼； 众山应当发声歌唱； 树林和其中所有的树都当如此！ 因为耶/和/华救/赎了雅各， 并要因以/色列荣耀自己。

24 从你出胎，造就你的救/赎/主－耶/和/华如此说： 我－耶/和/华是创造万物的， 是独自铺张诸天、铺开大地的。 谁与我同在呢？

25 使说假话的兆头失效， 使占/卜的癫狂， 使智慧人退后， 使他的知识变为愚拙；

26 使我仆人的话语立定， 我使者的谋算成就。 论到耶/路撒冷说：必有人居住； 论到犹大的城邑说：必被建造， 其中的荒场我也必兴起。

27 对深渊说：你干了吧！ 我也要使你的江河干涸。

28 论塞鲁士说：他是我的牧人， 必成就我所喜悦的， 必下令建造耶路/撒冷， 发命立稳圣/殿的根基。

21 “Remember these things, Jacob, for you, Israel, are my servant. I have made you, you are my servant; Israel, I will not forget you.

22 I have swept away your offenses like a cloud, your sins like the morning mist. Return to me, for I have redeemed you.”

23 Sing for joy, you heavens, for the Lord has done this; shout aloud, you earth beneath. Burst into song, you mountains, you forests and all your trees, for the Lord has redeemed Jacob, he displays his glory in Israel.

Jerusalem to Be Inhabited

24 “This is what the Lord says— your Redeemer, who formed you in the womb: I am the Lord, the Maker of all things, who stretches out the heavens, who spreads out the earth by myself,

25 who foils the signs of false prophets and makes fools of diviners, who overthrows the learning of the wise and turns it into nonsense,

26 who carries out the words of his servants and fulfills the predictions of his messengers, who says of Jerusalem, ‘It shall be inhabited,’ of the towns of Judah, ‘They shall be rebuilt,’ and of their ruins, ‘I will restore them,’

27 who says to the watery deep, ‘Be dry, and I will dry up your streams,’

28 who says of Cyrus, ‘He is my shepherd and will accomplish all that I please; he will say of Jerusalem, “Let it be rebuilt,” and of the temple, “Let its foundations be laid.” ’
