希伯来书8：6～13

6 如今 YS 所得的职任是更美的，正如他作更美之约的中保；这约原是凭更美之应许立的。

7 那前约若没有瑕疵，就无处寻求后约了。

8 所以主指责他的百姓说：

日子将到，

我要与以色列家和犹大家另立新约，

9 不像我拉着他们祖宗的手，

领他们出埃及的时候，

与他们所立的约。

因为他们不恒心守我的约，

我也不理他们。

这是主说的。

10 主又说：

那些日子以后，

我与以色列家所立的约乃是这样：

我要将我的律/法放在他们里面，

写在他们心上；

我要作他们的　 SHEN ；

他们要作我的子民。

11 他们不用各人教导自己的乡邻和自己的弟兄，

说：你该认识主；

因为他们从最小的到至大的，都必认识我。

12 我要宽恕他们的不义，

不再记念他们的罪愆。

13 既说新约，就以前约为旧了；但那渐旧渐衰的，就必快归无有了。

6 But in fact the ministry Jesus has received is as superior to theirs as the covenant of which he is mediator is superior to the old one, since the new covenant is established on better promises.

7 For if there had been nothing wrong with that first covenant, no place would have been sought for another.

8 But God found fault with the people and said:

“The days are coming, declares the Lord,

when I will make a new covenant

with the people of Israel

and with the people of Judah.

9 It will not be like the covenant

I made with their ancestors

when I took them by the hand

to lead them out of Egypt,

because they did not remain faithful to my covenant,

and I turned away from them,

declares the Lord.

10 This is the covenant I will establish with the people of Israel

after that time, declares the Lord.

I will put my laws in their minds

and write them on their hearts.

I will be their God,

and they will be my people.

11 No longer will they teach their neighbor,

or say to one another, ‘Know the Lord,’

because they will all know me,

from the least of them to the greatest.

12 For I will forgive their wickedness

and will remember their sins no more.”

13 By calling this covenant “new,” he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and outdated will soon disappear.

以色列家和犹大家（8节）：指所罗门王之后分裂为北国以色列和南国犹大的以色列整体，也指所有蒙拣选的——而非血统上的—— SHEN 百姓。

不再记得他们的罪恶（12节）：新约的优越性体现在借着 YS JI DU 的代赎，我们的罪恶被完全赦免。

灵/修指南

SHEN 所赐的第一个约是刻在石版上的，因此百姓会假装看不见它、不理它、无视它，甚至摔碎它（9节），如今 SHEN 赐下比第一个约更美的新约，这个更美之约有四个特征：第一，新的约是放在百姓的心思里，写在他们心上的（10a节）。第二，新的约要恢复 SHEN 和百姓的关系（10b节）。第三，百姓从最小的到最大的，都要因着新的约而明白 SHEN 的话并认识 SHEN （11节）。第四，因着新的约， SHEN 要宽恕百姓的不义，不再记得他们的罪恶（12节）。并且， SHEN 亲自成为新约的主体，使得这个更美之约绝不变更。如今，救/恩不再在乎人的行为和努力，救/恩的根据也不再在乎我们软弱的意志，而是在乎 SHEN 的拣选，因此，新的约是更美之约，也是完美的恩典。我们作为这个更美之约的受惠者，应当尽情享受它所带来的特权，并每天为之献上感恩，每天为之谦卑而活。
