箴言11：1~15

1诡诈的天平为耶/和/华所憎恶；

公平的法码为他所喜悦。

2骄傲来，羞耻也来；

谦逊人却有智慧。

3正直人的纯正必引导自己；

奸诈人的乖僻必毁灭自己。

4发怒的日子资财无益；

惟有公义能救人脱离死亡。

5完全人的义必指引他的路；

但恶人必因自己的恶跌倒。

6正直人的义必拯救自己；

奸诈人必陷在自己的罪孽中。

7恶人一死，他的指望必灭绝；

罪人的盼望也必灭没。

8义人得脱离患难，

有恶人来代替他。

9不虔敬的人用口败坏邻舍；

义人却因知识得救。

10义人享福，合城喜乐；

恶人灭亡，人都欢呼。

11城因正直人祝福便高举，

却因邪恶人的口就倾覆。

12藐视邻舍的，毫无智慧；

明哲人却静默不言。

13往来传舌的，泄漏密事；

心中诚实的，遮隐事情。

14无智谋，民就败落；

谋士多，人便安居。

15为外人作保的，必受亏损；

恨恶击掌的，却得安稳。

1The Lord detests dishonest scales,

but accurate weights find favor with him.

2When pride comes, then comes disgrace,

but with humility comes wisdom.

3The integrity of the upright guides them,

but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity.

4Wealth is worthless in the day of wrath,

but righteousness delivers from death.

5The righteousness of the blameless makes their paths straight,

but the wicked are brought down by their own wickedness.

6The righteousness of the upright delivers them,

but the unfaithful are trapped by evil desires.

7Hopes placed in mortals die with them;

all the promise of their power comes to nothing.

8The righteous person is rescued from trouble,

and it falls on the wicked instead.

9With their mouths the godless destroy their neighbors,

but through knowledge the righteous escape.

10When the righteous prosper, the city rejoices;

when the wicked perish, there are shouts of joy.

11Through the blessing of the upright a city is exalted,

but by the mouth of the wicked it is destroyed.

12Whoever derides their neighbor has no sense,

but the one who has understanding holds their tongue.

13A gossip betrays a confidence,

but a trustworthy person keeps a secret.

14For lack of guidance a nation falls,

but victory is won through many advisers.

15Whoever puts up security for a stranger will surely suffer,

but whoever refuses to shake hands in pledge is safe.

诡诈的天平、公平的法码（1节）：不公平的商业行为是严重的社会问题，不法商人会随身带着过重或过轻的法码，伺机欺诈。

完全人（5节）：遵行 SHEN 话语的人。

到处传话的（13节）：到处说人闲话、不保守秘密的人难以取信于他人，也无人与之深交。

灵/修指南

箴言第11章以善与恶的对比，劝勉我们要在与邻人的关系上彰显公义。箴言指出正直人和奸诈人的人生结局，以及他们将要受到的祝福与审判。正直人谦逊，奸诈人骄傲；谦逊带来智慧，骄傲带来羞耻。正直人在世时蒙 SHEN 喜悦，并被 SHEN 引导，在末日要得救；奸诈人的人生，却是自己毁灭自己，在末日既无盼望，也无益处（1～8节）。不敬虔的人用口舌败坏邻舍，而义人则用智慧使自己和他人得救，并得享平安和益处（9节）。因此，我们不应藐视邻舍，也不要到处传话，泄露秘密（12—13节）。盼望我们今天也作喜爱公平、谦逊生活的正直人，不仅自身得享亨通，也令我们所属的信/仰群体蒙福。
